Participation terms

Participation in the Forum can take those potential participants, which:

• will apply in time to organizers and will confirm the participation in event;
• will preliminary register by filling in the application on the web-site of the Forum following the link;
• will receive the written approval to acceptance of participation from organizers of the Forum;
• will carry out payment of a registration payment for participation in the Forum.

Each participant of Forum should pay a registration fee. The fee in Forum amounts:

• In case of registration from 1st of March 2011 up till 10th of March 2011-2500 UAH
• from 11th of March 2011 up till 31st of March 2011- 2750 UAH
• from 1st of April up till 28th of April 2011- 3000 UAH

The specified cost does not include VAT as the company - organizer acts on the simplified system of taxation.

The registration fee includes:

• participation in the events of the Forum;
• receiving the handouts, including contacts of participants of Forum (only in case of having the permission from the participant to use his/her contact details);
• meals, coffee breaks during 2 days of the Forum.

The participation fee does not include a payment for residing and transport expenses for arrival to the Forum plenary and in opposite direction.
Organizers provide booking of the rooms in hotels for nonresidents, residing payment is carried out by participants independently and is not included in the registration fee.

Payment is carried out according to non-cash procedure by transfer of money to settlement account of Company LLC "Legal company "HD Partners" (company requisites will be specified in accounts exposed by the company Organizer).
Organizers of Forum have the right to deny the registration in case of reaching the limit of the participants’ number (170 persons) or absence of technical possibilities. In case the participant cancels his/her registration less than 10 days before the start of the Forum, the registration fee is not returned to the participant.
